Will’s teaching is fulfilling a much-in-demand need for leadership input on emotional well-being. Will manages to approach this subject area with great sensitivity, vulnerability and practicality which is extremely powerful. He is always very well received. I commend him to every leader and their teams.”

I spent several months meeting on a regular basis with Will. Despite not being someone who would traditionally seek coaching, it was immediately apparent that Will brought a deep reservoir of knowledge and wisdom that he applies in a practical way so that tangible progress can be made on the issues at hand.

"We still discuss the key take-always and have had a highly positive response from the GS community." JH Goldman Sachs
"In working with me at HSBC, Will assisted in pursuing a programme of cultural change for senior and executive leaders. His sheer willingness to be involved was a real force in itself. Not only did Will’s efforts support a global executives offsite and result in him speaking to circa 150 leaders about authenticity but the way in which he offered support was a form of coaching and encouragement to me and a fellow senior leader, helping us to discern what really mattered to us.” PB London
