Van Der Hart
Will Van der Hart is a leadership consultant, executive coach and author. He combines commercial insight with a deep understanding of emotional health to help leaders navigate pressure, complexity and change.
He serves as a non-executive director in a luxury retail and real estate company alongside consulting on strategy, communications and culture in broad range of businesses. His executive coaching practice operates exclusively by referral, primarily supporting leaders in finance, media and corporate law.
Ordained for more than 22 years, Will brings extensive pastoral experience to his work. He previously directed mental health charity Mind and Soul Foundation and now serves as Wellbeing Chaplain to the Revitalise Trust, supporting the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of Christian leaders.

Will speaks to a broad range of audiences in both corporate and faith sectors. He always seeks to make complex topics accessible and build connection in the room. Will has become known for his material on sustainable leadership, workplace resilience, conflict resolution and personal flourishing. He is regularly booked by his speaker agents Champions and Peptalk for corporate engagements that have included, Netflix, Bentley, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, PGIM, Boston Consulting, The Met Police, Goldman Sachs, CoFX, HSBC and PWC.
Coaching and Consultancy
Will has a small coaching practice that is currently full and has been 100% referral only. His coaching is primarily concerned with the needs of those with significant leadership responsibility who are seeking greater satisfaction from their lives and careers post 40. He also seeks to support family business through succession and generational change. Will works closely with a number of businesses on a consultancy basis to offer objective insights on culture, values, retention, strategy and innovation.
